Facade Technician

We are in search of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Ufa. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building exteriors such as glass, metal, and stone. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to design specifications
- Repair damaged or worn facades to maintain the structural integrity of buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on facades to ensure they are functioning properly
- Inspect buildings for any potential facade issues and address them immediately
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and repairs
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on facades for future reference

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in facade installation is preferred
- Previous experience working with building exteriors is a plus but not required
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and design plans
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. However, we welcome candidates from Pakistan who are fluent in English.
