Senior Architect in Vilnius

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision, and translate them into innovative and functional designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budget constraints, building codes, and regulations
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and construction drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an architect with a portfolio of successful projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus additional benefits. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
