We are seeking skilled carpenters to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications for the project
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut or shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as walls, floors, roofs, windows, and doors
- Repair or replace damaged structures or fixtures
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a carpenter
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their uses
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills would be an asset)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience). The role also includes accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-Russian applicants. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
