A well-established bakery in Sheduva, Lithuania is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. We are looking for an Indian national with a passion for baking and excellent English communication skills.

As our Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet our standards
- Manage inventory and order necessary ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery kitchen
- Train new employees on baking techniques and recipes
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or ingredients

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. The bakery operates from early morning until evening, so the schedule may include early mornings or late evenings.
