Restaurant Manager for Malayalees in Las Vegas


We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise employees to maintain high standards of service and hospitality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, goals, and any concerns

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken) for effective communication with staff
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and management techniques
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Las Vegas (candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate)
