Filipino Collector in Bungoma, Kenya


We are hiring a Filipino Collector to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of all transactions, and communicating with clients to ensure timely payment. Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments and arrange for payment plans if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update client information as needed
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Communicate with clients regarding any discrepancies or issues with payments
- Process payments and ensure they are properly allocated to the correct accounts
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries from clients regarding their accounts

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate payment plans with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Must be willing to relocate to Bungoma, Kenya

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
