CAD Draftsman

We are hiring a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various construction projects. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret design specifications will be crucial in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Review and interpret design specifications provided by engineers and architects
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from project managers or clients
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman or similar role
- Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Nakuru, Kenya. While we welcome applicants from other countries, candidates must have the legal right to work in Kenya without the need for visa sponsorship.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours of 40 hours per week. However, we are open to discussing part-time options for qualified candidates.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing if they are not located in Nakuru.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required for this position.
