Project Manager for Indian Diaspora Community in Utena


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various initiatives and projects aimed at supporting the Indian diaspora community living in Utena.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare reports on project outcomes and present to management
- Coordinate with external partners and organizations to collaborate on projects
- Plan and organize events, workshops, and other activities for the Indian community in Utena

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, project management or international development
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with diverse communities
