A Barista is a skilled professional responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee beverages in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will also be expected to have a thorough knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to ensure consistency in every cup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers on different coffee blends, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely service
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and reporting any issues to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work well under pressure with strong time-management skills
- A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for employment in Abu-Dhabi
