Network and Systems Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As an integral member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network and systems infrastructure. This includes managing network security, implementing software updates, and resolving any technical issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking protocols, server administration, and virtualization technologies. Additionally, this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network performance and security
- Troubleshoot any network or system issues that arise
- Install software updates and patches as needed
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Implement virtualization technologies as needed
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network administration or related role
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure

Preferred:
- Certifications such as CCNA or MCSA
- Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
