Position Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the plants, flowers, and green spaces in our city. We are looking for someone with experience and a passion for gardening to join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, weeding, and watering plants and flowers
- Maintaining and repairing garden structures such as fences, trellises, and pathways
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Monitoring plant health and identifying any diseases or pests
- Operating gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Providing recommendations on plant selection to enhance gardens' aesthetics
- Assisting with the design of new garden layouts or upgrades to existing ones
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of various plant species, their care requirements, and common diseases/pests is essential
- Ability to use gardening tools (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) correctly and safely
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), bend, kneel, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (in English) to liaise with clients effectively
