Job Title: Gardener (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Utena. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, weeding, pruning, and mowing
- Plant new flowers, shrubs, and trees according to seasonal needs
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintain proper irrigation systems
- Keep the outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute landscaping projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols while using tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscape design principles
- Ability to operate gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and shears
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
