Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Washington. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. Your duties will include inspecting buildings for any facade issues, determining the necessary repairs or replacements needed, and performing the necessary repairs or replacements using specialized equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of building facades to identify any issues or damages
- Determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements based on industry standards and safety regulations
- Install new facades or replace damaged ones using specialized equipment and techniques
- Repair cracks, chips, or other damages in facades using appropriate materials and methods
- Seal joints and seams in facades to prevent water infiltration
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in facade installation/repair is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician
- Knowledge of different facade materials (e.g. glass, metal panels, stone) and their installation/repair techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for international projects

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1300 per week. Please note that this position is open to Indian nationals only. English language proficiency is not required but preferred.
