Job Title: Part Time Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Part Time Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama. As a part time manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and cleanliness
- Manage and train staff on company policies and procedures
- Create schedules for part time employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain budget and control costs to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Salary: $1000 per month (based on experience)
