Nepali Collector in Eldoret, Kenya

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in collections? We are currently seeking a Nepali Collector to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and engaging with customers who have overdue accounts to collect payments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email or mail to discuss overdue accounts and arrange payments
- Negotiate payment plans and offer solutions to help customers settle their debts
- Keep accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers
- Monitor payment plans and follow up on any missed or late payments
- Report on collection activities and progress to management regularly

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Nepali
- Prior experience in collections or a similar role is required
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet targets within given deadlines
