Collector for Debt Collection Agency in Eldoret

We are a leading debt collection agency in Eldoret, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in debt collection, with the ability to communicate effectively with debtors and negotiate payment plans. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent time management skills. The Collector will be responsible for contacting debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding debts. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collections activities and providing regular reports to management. This position offers a salary of 900$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. Prior experience in debt collection is preferred but not required - we also encourage freshers to apply as we provide on-the-job training.
