Job Title: Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a Mason Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate should be a skilled mason with experience in supervising and managing teams of masons. This is a full-time job that requires fluency in English and Nepali. No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided. The salary for this position is $1400 per month, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage teams of masons on construction sites
- Ensure all work is done according to project plans and specifications
- Train and mentor junior masons
- Maintain inventory of materials and equipment
- Oversee the safety of workers on site
- Communicate with project managers and clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Nepali (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a skilled mason
- Experience in supervising or managing teams preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks on construction sites
- Strong leadership skills
