Industrial Alpinist
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania


We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights using specialized equipment and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, wind turbines, and buildings.
- Performing rope access techniques to access difficult-to-reach areas.
- Operating and maintaining equipment such as ropes, harnesses, anchors, and ascenders.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to coordinate tasks and ensure project success.
- Maintaining detailed records of work performed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Alpinist.
- Certification from a recognized industrial rope access training program.
- Strong knowledge of rope access techniques and equipment.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Valid work visa for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
