Construction Project Manager


As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Salalah. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and directing all activities related to the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including setting goals and objectives for the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
- Manage the budget and track expenses to ensure that the project stays within budget constraints
- Oversee all construction activities to ensure they are executed safely and according to plans and specifications
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on schedule
- Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders including clients, management, and government officials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1800$ per month
