Construction Site Manager

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Salalah. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include planning and organizing construction activities, managing resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
