You will also be responsible for managing inventory and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen. Responsibilities:
- Create and execute dessert menus that align with the overall restaurant concept
- Oversee the production of all bakery items, including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Train and mentor pastry staff on proper techniques, recipes, and presentation
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen following food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure overall menu consistency
- Stay updated on current industry trends related to desserts and pastries

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating/presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Creativity in developing new menu items while also being able to execute classic recipes
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English language skills required
