Rental Coordinator
As a rental coordinator at our company in Nakuru, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our rental operations. This role is suitable for men who are fluent in English and are looking for part-time work without prior experience in the rental industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable rental vehicles and equipment based on their needs and budget.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that all rental vehicles and equipment are well-maintained and ready for use.
- Process rental agreements, collect payments, and maintain accurate records of all rentals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote rental services and generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of rental vehicles and equipment.
- Train new employees on rental procedures, policies, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Physical ability to handle equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
