Concierge for Luxury Resort in Nakuru, Kenya



We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organized Concierge to join our luxury resort team in Nakuru, Kenya. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the resort facilities and local attractions
- Make reservations for dining, spa services, tours and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Communicate with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain an inventory of guest supplies such as toiletries and amenities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional service to guests
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants and transportation options
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month, along with opportunities for growth within our organization.
