Contract Cleaner

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Contract Cleaner to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Iraq. As a Contract Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of various facilities according to the standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas including bathrooms, offices, and common areas
- Dust surfaces and furniture
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to supervisor
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Must have own visa or residency status in Iraq

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job without accommodation provided. The candidate must have their own accommodation within commuting distance of Al-Malikiyah. This position is suitable for men.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
