We are in need of a dedicated and hardworking Factory Line Worker to join our team in Split, Croatia. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain assembly line machinery in order to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory or production environment and possess strong attention to detail and physical stamina.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assembly line machinery according to company standards
- Monitor the production process, identifying any issues or defects and reporting them to supervisors
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards before being shipped out
- Follow safety procedures at all times, including wearing proper protective gear
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience working in a factory or production environment preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
