Job Title: Land Surveyor - Utena, Lithuania

As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine accurate boundaries, locations and elevation of land or structures. You will use specialized equipment and tools to collect data and create maps and documents for construction, development or other purposes. Your duties will also include analyzing data, writing reports and working closely with engineers, architects and other professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques, excellent mathematical skills and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise measurements of land or structures
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations and aerial photography to collect data
- Create maps, drawings and documents based on survey results
- Analyze collected data and prepare reports for clients and other professionals
- Work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy in survey results
- Keep accurate records of survey data for future reference
- Adhere to safety guidelines when working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Strong understanding of surveying techniques, including the use of GPS receivers and total stations
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Proficiency in using computer software for mapping and drafting (such as AutoCAD)
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary is 1100$ per month.
