Factory Machine Operator (Filipino/Kenyan)

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Mombasa! This role is perfect for a hardworking individual with experience in operating and maintaining factory machines. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will play an integral role in our production process by ensuring that machines are running smoothly and efficiently.

As a successful candidate, you must have previous experience in operating factory machines and possess excellent technical skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machines, adjusting settings as needed, and monitoring production output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Set up machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure proper functioning
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines
- Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Technical knowledge of operating and maintaining factory machinery
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

This is a full-time position with shifts ranging from day, evening, or night, depending on business needs. The salary for this role is 1200$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or provide visa sponsorship.
