Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed
- Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor progress on projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct quality checks on completed work for accuracy and consistency
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or in a similar role
- Proven experience in supervising a team of masons
- Extensive knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or Urdu is preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
1600$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, accommodation, transportation, and annual leave.
