Office Assistant for Part-Time Position in Al Ahmadi, Egypt
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, managing office supplies and inventory, and performing general clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to office staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory levels, ordering new supplies as needed
- Performing general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping track of important deadlines and reminding staff of upcoming tasks or events
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with the ability to legally work in Egypt
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is a plus
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1100$ per month.
