Job Title: Office Manager for English Speaking Company in Vilnius
We are in search of a skilled and organized Office Manager to join our English speaking company located in Vilnius. This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Managing office supplies and ordering when necessary
- Maintaining and updating company records, databases, and filing systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Tracking expenses and preparing reports for budget management
- Assisting with recruitment processes by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Liaising with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Providing general administrative support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with biometric passports is a plus
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Vilnius (Preference for Egyptian or Kenyan candidates)
