Senior Architect - Sheduva

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and development of architectural projects in Sheduva. This includes managing a team of architects and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. You will also be involved in the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of projects, while ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and hold a relevant degree from an accredited institution. You must have strong technical skills in AutoCAD and other design software, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creativity are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and coordinate with external partners
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions within their budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review designs for accuracy, functionality, and aesthetic appeal
- Provide guidance on material selection and sourcing
- Mentor junior architects in developing their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Sheduva without sponsorship.
