Senior Architect - Sheduva, Lithuania

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and sustainable designs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Develop architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD or other software
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design solutions
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design with a portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating architectural drawings
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience managing project budgets and timelines

Preferred:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Experience working on international projects

Salary: $1300 per month
