Elevator Installer

As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators in various buildings. Your main duty will be to ensure safe and efficient operation of elevators for the convenience of building occupants. This position may require working at heights and in confined spaces, so physical fitness and ability to follow safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators in accordance with engineering blueprints and specifications
- Repair and maintain existing elevators by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of elevators
- Replace faulty parts or components as needed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures while working at heights or in confined spaces

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or training in elevator installation preferred
- Previous experience as an elevator installer or technician is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month
