Job Title: Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and provide accurate measurements for construction projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and developers to ensure that all land surveying is completed accurately and within project timelines. This position requires experience in conducting surveys, interpreting data, and using surveying equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and establish reference points
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and lasers to obtain accurate measurements
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports for clients and project teams
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and developers to ensure accuracy of land surveying
- Review plans and blueprints to identify potential issues or discrepancies with property boundaries
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted
- Adhere to safety procedures while conducting surveys on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or related field
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and lasers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with project teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Proficient in reading plans and blueprints

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 USD per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod and is open to all nationalities. We are also offering visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
