Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting topographical surveys and providing accurate data for construction projects. You will also be responsible for analyzing and interpreting survey data, creating maps and reports, and communicating with clients and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographical surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important information
- Create maps and reports using CAD software
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Train junior surveyors and oversee their work on various projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. Accommodation will also be provided for non-local employees.

Visa:
Candidates must have their own valid visa or be eligible to obtain one for employment in Israel.
