The insurance claims adjuster will be responsible for investigating, negotiating, and settling insurance claims for our clients in the city of Bungoma. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the insurance industry, preferably as an adjuster, and a thorough understanding of insurance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage and liability for insurance claims
- Review policy terms and conditions to ensure accurate interpretation
- Collect and analyze relevant information such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements within designated authority limits
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities
- Monitor claim progress to ensure timely resolution
- Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
- Prior experience as an insurance adjuster preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1600 per month
