We are in need of a skilled Formworker to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling temporary structures used to support concrete during construction. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Constructing formwork according to specifications and blueprints
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting materials as needed
- Securing formwork with nails or bolts
- Assisting with pouring concrete into formwork
- Removing formwork after concrete has set
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in Carpentry or similar field preferred
- Fluency in Malayalee or Egyptian dialects beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
