As a JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software systems using JAVA technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using JAVA technologies
- Collaborate with product managers and other team members to understand project requirements and provide technical recommendations
- Write well-designed and efficient code following industry standards
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the software applications
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the JAVA development field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a JAVA Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies
- Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle)
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
