Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying patterns and trends, and providing valuable insights to drive data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with teams from diverse backgrounds. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets using various statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends within the data to provide valuable insights
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and perform data cleansing as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven problem-solving abilities with the ability to think creatively and critically
