Part-Time Concierge for Luxury Apartment Building in Washington, D.C.


We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment building in Washington, D.C. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, has excellent communication and customer service skills, and is looking for a part-time job with the possibility of growth within the company. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and guests, handling inquiries and requests, managing packages and deliveries, and ensuring the security of the building.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents and guests upon arrival, assist with luggage and provide information about the building amenities
- Answer phone calls and emails, handle inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations of the building
- Manage package deliveries, notify residents of any incoming packages or mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities
- Keep track of resident's key distribution and ensure proper procedures are followed
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or similar industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work independently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month with the possibility of growth within the company. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Washington D.C.
