Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Akron. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. This is a contract position that requires previous experience in a supervisory role and a valid nursing license.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the activities of the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor patient care to ensure quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the nursing department.
- Provide support and guidance to nursing staff as needed.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license from Egypt.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a nurse supervisor in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong leadership skills.

Salary: $1700 per month.

Location: Akron, USA. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, but we prefer Egyptian nurses.

Type: Contract. This is a full-time position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing in Akron or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
