As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and visually appealing designs that meet our clients' needs and budget. You will also work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
- Develop design concepts, plans, and specifications based on client needs
- Use 3D modeling software to create visual representations of the design
- Select materials and finishes that are functional, cost-effective, and aesthetically pleasing
- Work with project managers to ensure design plans are within budget and meet all necessary codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other team members throughout the project timeline
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
