A reputable architecture firm in Multan is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, shopping centers, and restaurants. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for their commercial projects
- Create detailed blueprints and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed during construction
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.

This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in Multan or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
