Data Analyst for International Software Company in Vilnius



We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our international software company in Vilnius. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify patterns and trends that will drive business decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions, creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings, and continuously improving data quality and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1000$, accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates. This is an urgent position so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and present complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data from various sources
- Identifying patterns and trends through statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that drive business decisions
- Creating reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Continuously monitoring and improving data quality assurance processes
- Providing insights based on data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures
