Job Title: Senior JAVA Developer


We are a fast-growing software company based in Siauliai seeking a highly skilled Senior JAVA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing complex JAVA applications, as well as a strong understanding of software development principles and techniques. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality JAVA applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in existing software systems
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes
- Mentor and coach junior developers to help them grow their skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Experience working with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other JAVA frameworks
- Deep understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
- Familiarity with agile methodology and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Siauliai, a charming city located in northern Lithuania. The city offers a low cost of living, beautiful parks, historical landmarks, and a vibrant cultural scene.

Nationality Preference:
While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, we are specifically looking for Filipinos or Kenyans who are interested in relocating to Siauliai for this opportunity. We also have no English language requirements, as our team is comprised of individuals from various backgrounds and nationalities.

Experience Requirement:
We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development for this position.
