A reputable retail company in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Malayalee Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and promote products in our store.

Key responsibilities:
- Create attractive displays to showcase merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and maintain good relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Train and supervise other store employees on merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales data and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam and English
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (flexible schedule required)
Accommodation: Provided by company (shared housing)
