Cashier
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a cashier and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Ensure pricing is accurate and promotions are correctly displayed
- Handle returns and exchanges in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the store
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
