Commercial Architect

A fast-growing architectural firm in Vianden is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your main duties will include creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction for quality assurance
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Mentor junior architects on the team

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.
