IT Manager



As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technological systems and infrastructure of our company based in Atlanta. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our business to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware, software and network systems
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Salary: $1800 per month
