Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager in our Indian restaurant in Atlanta, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for creating work schedules, ordering supplies, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Biometric passports are preferred but not required. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1700 per month.
As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Creating work schedules and assigning tasks to employees
- Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage staff
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Problem-solving abilities to handle any issues that may arise during operations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the restaurant
- Proficiency in inventory management and financial recordkeeping
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
